Matt solved a MAJOR problem when he fixed our burst water in line. The original inbound water pipe was under a pattern stamped concrete driveway (big mistake). No problem for Matt – he ran a new connection from the meter into the house avoiding the massive cost that would otherwise have been the case by mending the original pipe. Always on time, responsive and easy to deal with. Also, not expensive at all. Great plumbing service.

Had Matt turn up for a job yesterday and once again provided quality service at an affordable price. Myself and extended family have been using GOATS plumbing for many years and couldn’t be happier with Matt’s knowledge and standard of work.

I had Goats Plumbing take care of the re-plumbing for water and gas in my small unit renovation — covering the kitchen, laundry, and bathroom — and Matt was fantastic to work with. The quote was quick and fair, the work was completed on time and at a great price, and the quality was excellent. Super easy to communicate with and really collaborative throughout the project. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled plumbing work.Definitely recommend

Services

Hot Water Plumber in Plenty

Plenty is a semi-rural suburb with larger properties and a relaxed pace of life. Homes here often sit on significant land and have more extensive plumbing systems to maintain.

When your hot water stops working in Plenty, you need a licensed plumber who can get to you quickly and fix the problem properly. Goats Plumbing provides hot water services throughout Plenty and the surrounding north-east suburbs, with same-day attendance available for urgent hot water failures.

We repair, service, and install all types of hot water systems including gas continuous flow, gas storage, electric storage, heat pump, and solar systems. Whatever brand or type you have, we can help.

  • No hot water — same-day diagnosis and repair
  • Insufficient or lukewarm hot water — element, thermostat, and gas system repairs
  • Leaking hot water systems — connections, valves, and tank assessment
  • Hot water system replacement — supply and install from all major brands

Common Hot Water Problems in Plenty

Goats Plumbing attends hot water calls throughout Plenty regularly. The most common issues we deal with include failed heating elements in older electric storage systems, pilot light and gas valve faults in gas systems, and storage tanks that have reached the end of their service life after 10 or more years of use.

If your hot water system is more than 8 years old and developing faults, we will always give you an honest assessment of whether repair or replacement is the smarter investment for your Plenty property.

Repair or Replace — Honest Advice

One of the most common questions Goats Plumbing gets from Plenty homeowners is whether to repair or replace a failing hot water system. Our answer is always based on the system’s age, the nature of the fault, and the cost of repair relative to a new system — not on what makes us the most money.

  • Repair if the system is under 8 years old and the fault is a repairable component
  • Replace if the tank is leaking, the system is over 10 years old, or repairs would cost more than half the price of a new unit

Hot Water Brands We Install in Plenty

Goats Plumbing installs hot water systems from all major brands throughout Plenty. Popular brands we regularly install include Rheem, Rinnai, Bosch, Dux, and Aquamax. We also install heat pump systems from Sanden, Reclaim, and Chromagen, and can advise on government rebates available for switching from electric storage to a heat pump in Plenty.
